For employees

You’ve been invited to a Grepny interview.

Your company asked Grepny to understand how work moves through the team: who decides what, where things wait, and where they get lost between teams. You are one of the people who know the answer.

Here is what happens to your answers — including what we can’t promise.

About 18 minutes

About 25 if you manage a team. You can pause and continue later, also from another device.

Written, in your browser

An AI interviewer asks one question at a time. You type your answers. Nothing is recorded by voice.

You stay in control

Skip any question, answer “I don’t know”, or stop at any time.

You check the summary

At the end you see 5–10 short points about your work and can confirm, correct, or remove each one.

Your answers and your employer

Your employer gets a report about the work, not your answers.

Your employer gets

  • One report about how work, decisions and handoffs actually happen
  • Names and who said what, where a finding needs them
  • Whether you have started, finished, or declined the interview

Your employer does not get

  • Your full answers or your summary
  • Any score or rating of you or anyone else

We don’t ask about your health, disability, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, criminal history, union membership or pay, or how well anyone does their job.

Questions people ask

The honest answers.

Is this a performance review?
No. Grepny looks at how work is organized — who decides what, where work waits, where it gets lost between teams. It is not designed to assess, score, or rank anyone, and we don’t ask how well you or your colleagues do your jobs.
Could my answers be used against me?
Your employer has agreed in its contract with us not to use the results to make decisions about any individual — hiring, promotion, pay, discipline, termination, or performance evaluation — and not to take action against anyone for what they said.
Do I have to take part?
Your employer asks you to take part as part of your work, so questions about taking part go to your employer. Once you start, you can skip a question or pause and come back later.
Will my manager or the CEO see what I wrote?
Possibly. Your employer gets a report about how work gets done. It may name people, including you, and say who said what when a finding needs it. While interviews are running, your employer sees whether you have started, finished, or declined, but not your answers.
Will colleagues hear what I said?
They may. To understand how work really happens, the AI interviewer may tell colleagues taking part, in its own words, what you said and that it came from you, and ask how they see it. It never passes on answers that were set aside, sensitive personal information, or anything you ask it not to share. Just tell it during the interview.
Who does read my answers?
The AI that runs the interview and analyzes the answers. No one at Grepny reads them, except a compliance officer in the rare cases the Participant Terms describe. Our service providers, including AI providers, process them for us under contracts. We don’t sell interview data, we don’t train or fine-tune AI models on it, and we don’t let AI providers train their models on it.
Is it anonymous?
No, and we won’t pretend it is. Your link is personal, and the report may name you and attribute what you said to you when a finding needs it. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Can I take back what I said?
No. The interview is part of your work, so your answers are used for the report. If we misunderstood you, correct the point on your summary or mark it as wrong. Answers are deleted on a fixed schedule, and if the law gives you a right to have them deleted, ask your employer.
What happens to my answers afterwards?
They are used to prepare the report and then deleted on a fixed schedule. Grepny may use answers to improve its own service, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Can I use this to report a problem?
Please don’t. The interview is not monitored in real time and is not a way to report harassment, discrimination, safety issues or other misconduct — use your employer’s reporting channels. In an emergency, call 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. If our system recognizes something like this in an answer, it keeps that answer out of the analysis and the report and shows you these resources.
What we can’t promise

We’d rather tell you now.

  • Anonymity. The report may name you and say what you said when a finding needs it.
  • How your employer behaves. We don’t recommend hiring, firing or other decisions about people, and our contract forbids retaliation, but your employer makes its own decisions.
  • That the AI is always right.Questions and summaries are generated by AI and can be wrong. That is why you see and can correct your summary.
